We are seeking a proactive and experienced Odoo Functional System Administrator to oversee the smooth operation and administration of Odoo across all branches. This role will ensure seamless system functionality, optimize operations, and assist employees in adapting to Odoo for daily tasks. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical teams and operational staff, ensuring Odoo meets the organization's business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. System Administration:
2. • Manage and maintain the Odoo system, ensuring optimal performance across all branches.
   • Monitor and troubleshoot system issues to minimize downtime and disruption.
   • Coordinate with IT and technical teams for system updates, upgrades, and customizations.
3. Branch Operations Management:
4. • Collaborate with branch managers to understand operational challenges and configure Odoo modules to address them.
   • Standardize processes across branches through efficient use of Odoo workflows and features.
   • Ensure data integrity and consistency across branches by implementing and monitoring best practices.
5. Employee Training and Support:
6. • Conduct training sessions to onboard employees and help them adapt to Odoo functionalities.
   • Provide ongoing support to address employee queries and challenges.
   • Develop user guides, FAQs, and other support documentation for employees.
7. Process Optimization:
8. • Analyze branch operations to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements via Odoo.
   • Configure modules (e.g., Sales, CRM, Inventory, HR, etc.) to align with operational goals.
   • Coordinate with the development team for necessary customizations and feature enhancements.
9. Reporting and Analysis:
10. • Generate periodic reports to provide insights into branch performance and system utilization.
    • Monitor KPIs and ensure that Odoo is helping meet operational and business goals.
11. Compliance and Security:
12. • Ensure data security and compliance with organizational and legal standards.
    • Regularly back up system data and review access controls to safeguard sensitive information.
